Collinare Chardonnay di Streda Belvedere Toscana Bianco IGP (igt)
An elegant wine, produced with a selection of Chardonnay grapes from a single vineyard from which it takes its name. It ferments in steel at a controlled temperature to enhance aromas and flavors, ages for a few months in small oak barrels before ending up in the bottle, thanks to its good structure it does not disdain aging.
It has a straw yellow color and aromas of apple and tropical fruit with subtle notes of vanilla. The taste is full-bodied but crisp with a subtle finish.
Pairings with fresh cheeses, fish, white meats and ham.
