The Sirah grape at these latitudes reaches remarkable and unexpected levels of excellence, each vintage has excelled in the various national and international guides; it ages 12 months in small oak barrels before being refined in the bottle. A long-lived wine if properly preserved.
It has an intense ruby red color, aromas of floral and fruity notes in harmony with spices and hints of vanilla. The taste is elegant and flowing in the mouth, with a rich tannic texture enhanced by the contribution of wood, with sweet tannins and long aftertaste. Excellent pairing with game, roast, aged cheeses.
