The Sirah grape at these latitudes reaches remarkable and unexpected levels of excellence, each vintage has excelled in the various national and international guides; it ages 12 months in small oak barrels before being refined in the bottle. A long-lived wine if properly preserved.

It has an intense ruby ​​red color, aromas of floral and fruity notes in harmony with spices and hints of vanilla. The taste is elegant and flowing in the mouth, with a rich tannic texture enhanced by the contribution of wood, with sweet tannins and long aftertaste. Excellent pairing with game, roast, aged cheeses.
