An elegant wine, produced with a selection of Chardonnay grapes from a single vineyard from which it takes its name. It ferments in steel at a controlled temperature to enhance aromas and flavors, ages for a few months in small oak barrels before ending up in the bottle, thanks to its good structure it does not disdain aging.<\/p>\n
