In this cold fermented wine with temperature control, Trebbiano grapes (tradition) and Chardonnay grapes (internationality) give life to an atypical wine, suitable for all palates, young and modern, straw-yellow in color and with aromas of fruits of tropical and candied fruit. The taste is fresh, sapid and dry with a good acid and persistent structure. It goes well with fish, shellfish, white meats, raw ham and is excellent as an aperitif.
