The tasting will follow the following menu

Tuscan appetizer and typical cold cuts and croutons
FIRST DISHES
choose between:
- BIS of homemade pasta to the chef’s liking
- short pasta with tomato (available for children)
SECOND DISH
Mixed grilled MEAT of BUTTERO (chicken, ribs, Tuscan sausages and pork loin) or ETRUSCO ( Steak, chicken, rosticciana ribs, Tuscan sausages and pork loin) extra €5 per person
accompanied by delicious potatoes
